Registration

Perry Paw Dog Park is committed to continued fundraising to support maintenance, improvement and development of the park. Membership fees and donations are our primary sources of park funding.

Please be sure to review our Rules, Warning & Termination Protocol and FAQ before completing your dog park registration. By registering you are agreeing to abide by the rules of the park.

Membership year begins on January 1st and ends on December 31st of the same year and allows use of the park and facilities from sunrise until sunset each day. The dog park is subject to temporary closing for major events being held at Honeygo Run Regional Park. Every effort will be made to post these closing on the Facebook page and the Perrypawdogpark.com website.

Please note that after registering online (new members and renewals), you MUST email a copy of your dog(s) Rabies Certificate and County/City License to membership@perrypawdogpark.com to complete registration.

Download the membership application and mail it along with a copy of your dog(s)Rabies Certificate and County/City License and your check payable to Perry Hall Recreational Council.

NOTE: Registering online or by mail is not an instant process. Once your application and documents are received, your documents must be validated by our membership committee to make sure a valid Rabies Certificate and Animal License are provided. Mail is checked a few times a week. Our volunteers work full time jobs and do not instantly review these the moment they are received. Please be patient. An application can take several weeks to be validated.

Membership Fees:

New Members:

Basic Membership Includes 2 Dogs $30.00

Plus Membership Includes Basic Membership Plus 1 Additional Dog $40.00

A copy of both Rabies Certificate & Animal License are required for each dog to complete your registration. Access cards and tags CANNOT be issued without these documents.

Renewals:

Basic Membership Includes 2 Dogs $25.00 ($30.00 if submitted after Feb 28, 2017)

Plus Membership Includes Basic Membership Plus 1 Additional Dog $30.00 ($40.00 if submitted after Feb 28, 2017)

Please ensure that all Rabies Certificate & Animal License numbers are current. Include the assigned dog tag number/s when completing the form.

A copy of both Rabies Certificate & Animal License are required for each dog.

NOTE FOR RENEWALS:

If you do not renew by February 28, 2017, your access card will be deactivated. All applications received after this date will be processed as new members.

If you do not plan to renew, please return your access cards and dog tags to the recreational council office (9033 Honeygo Blvd. Perry Hall MD 21128) by February 28, 2017. The cards and tags are property of Perry Paw Dog Park and will be deactivated.
